As Operations Manager of the Eastside Heritage Center, I managed the strategic planning process, planning the board retreat and bringing in outside consultants to advise the organization.
I coordinated the Eastside Heritage Center Benefit Dinner in 2017 and 2018. The 2018 event raised over $119,000 with 300 guests in attendance. The event included a silent auction and live music program.
